Mrs. Mimi Ade-Odiachi is a seasoned professional and entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in Non-Bank Financial Services (Insurance), Hospitality Management and Landscape Architecture. She is a chartered insurer with a bachelor’s degree in insurance from the University of Lagos.
She serves as an Executive Director on the Board of Whispering Palms Hotels & Resort. She is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Omar Gardens Floral Company. She currently serves as a director on the Board of Custodian and Allied Insurance Limited, and as the Chairman of Custodian Life Assurance Ltd and Custodian Social Responsibility Foundation.

Mr. Nlebemuo currently serves as the Managing Director of the Company. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, an Associate of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, and an Associate of the Nigeria Institute of Management [Chartered]. He is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
He started his career as an Analyst with Pareto Funds and Securities Ltd, Port Harcourt before joining Crusader Insurance Nigeria Plc in 1993 as an Assistant Superintendent in the department of Group Life and Pensions. He rose to become the Manager, Group Life and Pensions and later, the Head of Actuarial Services, Research and Product Development. Mr Nlebemuo led many life transforming initiatives in technical operations, actuarial services and IT during his time in Crusader Insurance Nigeria Plc.
He left Crusader in 2001 to join Hallmark Assurance Plc as the Controller (Life & Pensions) where he rose to become the Assistant General Manager (Life Business Group).
Mr. Nlebemuo, a consummate Life and Pensions professional returned to Crusader Insurance (Nigeria) Plc in 2006 as a Deputy General Manager in charge of Life Operations. He became the General Manager, Technical and the Chief compliance Officer in 2008.
His services were transferred to Custodian Life Assurance Limited following the merger of Crusader Nigeria Plc and Custodian and Allied Insurance Plc where he rose to become the Executive Director, Operations.
Mr. Nlebemuo is the current chairman of the Life Offices Committee of the Nigeria Insurers Association.

Mrs. Titilayo Olujobi is a well-rounded and experienced professional with nearly four decades’ experience in Public Accounting, Banking, Training Facilitation, Business Consulting and Coaching. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Certified Professional Coach of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds a B.Sc. Degree in Economics from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University).
She commenced her professional career at Z. O. Ososanya & Co and later moved on to Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers). She then proceeded to Nigeria International Bank Limited (now Citibank Nigeria Limited) in 1990, where she rose to the level of Vice President (Deputy General Manager) before leaving in December 2007. She joined IBFCAgusto Training Limited as the Managing Director in 2008. With the merger of IBFCAgusto Training Limited with a sister company to become IBFCAlliance Limited, she became an Executive Director of the enlarged firm.
Titilayo Olujobi is currently a Non-Executive Director at both IBFCAlliance Limited and Ecobank Nigeria Limited. She is also a member of the Statutory Audit Committee of Custodian Investment Plc. She is Founder and Chief Executive of Tulivuori Services, an Executive & Business Coaching company. She is also a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Custodian Life Assurance Ltd.

Dr. Olusegun Oso is a medical doctor who pivoted into the finance field. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Sloan School of Management, and is a chartered financial Analyst. He has extensive work experience in investment banking, private equity /venture capital, portfolio management and corporate governance.
He started his career with the University College Hospital, Ibadan in 1998 as a house officer/ medical officer. He served as an analyst in First City Monument Bank Ltd (FCMB) and senior analyst in Accenture. He proceeded to Lead bank Plc (now Polaris Bank Limited) as an associate and senior associate in PWC. He left AFRI invest West Africa as the Assistant Vice President and Co- head of Investment banking.
He currently sits on the board of CWG PLC, the Bridge Clinic, Lily Hospitals Limited and C & I Leasing Plc and he is the Chief Investment Officer of the Nigeria Healthcare Development Fund in Capital Trust Investments & Asset Management Limited.

Mr. Kofoworola Majekodunmi is a Director on the Board of Custodian Life Assurance Limited. He is a Legal Practitioner and accomplished Investment/Corporate Banker and Capital Market Expert who brings to the Board over three decades’ experience in deal origination and structuring and vastly experienced in treasury, corporate banking, corporate finance and syndication, operations and information technology as well as privatization advisory structures having been involved in a couple of landmark transactions in the financial services sector of the Nigerian economy.
Mr. Majekodunmi is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Nigerian Law School, London School of Economics and Political Science where he bagged his MBA, BL. and LL. B degrees respectively.

Mr. Daniel Koshoedo holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Ibadan, earned in 2004, a Higher National Diploma in Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic, completed in 1994, and an Advanced Diploma in Life Insurance Management from West African Insurance Institute, The Gambia. He began his insurance career with Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Plc. in 1996, working in the General Accident department before moving to Newline Insurance Company Limited (now Sterling Assurance Company) as Manager of Underwriting. In 2003, he joined Custodian and Allied Insurance Limited as Head of the Manufacturing Unit. Mr. Ademeso is a seasoned insurance professional with a distinguished career spanning several decades in business development, technical underwriting, product development and sales.
He served as the Managing Director of Custodian Life Assurance Limited until his retirement. His career began at Perpetual Assurance Company Limited, after which he joined Custodian and Allied Insurance Limited. Mr. Ademeso subsequently moved to Phoenix Nigeria Assurance Plc and later to Royal Exchange Plc. He was later appointed Managing Director/CEO of Royal Exchange Prudential Life Plc, a position he held before joining Crusader Life Insurance Limited in 2011, which later became Custodian Life Assurance Limited.
Mr. Ademeso holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree, both from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. In addition, he is a member of the International Insurance Society.

Desmond has over 18 years’ experience in accounting, assurance and consulting. His industry experience cuts across financial services industry and energy, utility and natural resources industries. Desmond joined the Custodian Group as the Head of Internal Audit in 2017. He was later appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Custodian Life Assurance Limited in 2019.
Before joining Custodian Group, he was a Manager in the Audit Services division of KPMG Professional Services, where he led various audit engagements, IFRS conversion projects and other consulting assignments in the financial services industry group and energy, utility and natural resources industry group. Prior to KPMG, Desmond worked briefly with First Inland Bank Plc (now part of the FCMB Group).
Desmond holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial physics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration both from the University of Benin. He also holds a master’s degree in finance from Caleb University, and he is an alumnus of Lagos Business School Senior Management Program.
He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Information System Auditor.

Abayomi Oluremi-Judah holds a B.Sc. (Hon) in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, and is an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries. He trained and practiced as an actuary in the United Kingdom and Europe for over a decade before relocating to Nigeria, where he has held several leadership positions, including Head of Life Operations, Group Chief Actuary, Group Chief Risk Officer, Head of Analytics, and Risk Consultant at Continental Reinsurance Plc, YOA Consulting and Tangerine General Insurance.
Prior to joining Custodian Life Assurance Limited in March 2024, he served as Executive Director, Technical Operations at Tangerine General Insurance Limited. With over 25 years of experience across Europe and Africa, Abayomi has developed a well-rounded career in consultancy, finance, risk management, technical operations, and actuarial science.

Kehinde is a very resourceful and versatile professional with almost 20 years of work experience. She has inspired and led several high performing teams within the Insurance and Pensions Industry in Nigeria.
She is a dedicated and result-oriented manager, who is passionate about delivering value to all stakeholders and driving organizational growth and success.
Kehinde is currently the Head of the Retail Enterprise Division where she is responsible for managing the Retail Enterprise and Operations.
Prior to working at Custodian, she had worked with AXA Mansard Insurance where she spent several years managing the Life & Health Operations and the Compliance and Quality Assurance function at different times before she was seconded to AXA Mansard Pensions as the Head, Compliance. She also served as Head, Life Underwriting at Coronation Life Assurance.
She has a first degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos. She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, and a Qualified Management System (QMS) lead auditor. She is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School having completed the Senior Management Program.

Bolatito holds a master’s in business administration which she obtained from Pan African University (Lagos Business School) Lagos in 2006 and a BSc in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife in 1999. She also completed the Women Entrepreneurship and Leadership for Africa Programme (WELA) by China Europe International Business in 2024.
A human resource professional with over two decades in the financial services industry with the most recent experience serving the insurance sector. She started her Career as a Domestic Operations Officer with Gulf Bank of Nigeria Plc. in 2001, working on Treasury Operations transactions and later joined Bank PHB Plc., as an Employee Relations officer in 2006. She went on to serve the bank in various capacities such as Head, Employee Relations, Head, Employee Engagement, Head, Learning & Development and Head, HR Business Partners South, Abuja & North Directorates. Prior to joining Custodian Life Assurance Limited, she was the Head of HR Business Partners in Keystone Bank (formerly Bank PHB).

Mr. Salami graduated from the University of Lagos in 1990 with Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Sciences. He also holds a Master’s degree in Management from the same University in 1996.
Before joining Crusader in 2007 as Controller, Group Life operations, he had worked with Guinea Insurance Plc., as Head, Motor department and also worked with NFI Insurance Company Limited as Manager, Life and Pensions. In 2003, Mr. Salami joined UNIC Insurance as Senior Manager Life and Pensions.
He is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and has had intensive technical and leadership programs.

Oladele Akinsanya is a strategic business leader with over fifteen years of experience spanning financial services, consulting, and technology. He began his career at KPMG Management Consulting, where he advised financial institutions on strategy, digital transformation, and innovation. He later joined Custodian and Allied Insurance Limited as the pioneer Head of Strategy, and subsequently served as Head of Customer Experience, before leading the Retail Business. He currently serves as Head of Products (Performance, Improvement & Development) at Custodian Life Assurance Limited, where he is responsible for enterprise growth, product development, customer-centric strategies, and cross-functional execution.
Known for blending analytical depth with entrepreneurial insight, Oladele has consistently delivered solutions that unlock growth, improve customer experience, and enhance profitability. Over the course of his career, he has spearheaded multiple innovation and transformation initiatives across Africa’s financial services and insurance sectors, published thought leadership materials, and contributed to industry advancement through various professional engagements. A notable highlight of his career came in 2022 when he was honoured with the RGA Leader of Tomorrow Award by the International Insurance Society, a global recognition of his leadership, innovation, and impact in shaping the future of insurance. He is also a member of the Advocacy Committee of the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce, a facilitator at the CIIN Insurquest Innovation Challenge, and an active member of the NIA Innovation Lab.
Oladele holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry, an MBA from Lagos Business School, and an Advanced Diploma in Life Assurance Management from the West African Insurance Institute, Gambia. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Victor Obinna Peters is a seasoned sales leader with over twenty-five years of experience in insurance distribution, sales strategy, and agency management. He began his career at AIICO Insurance Plc in 1998 as a Representative, and within four years rose to Unit Manager, where he expanded market reach and grew unit profitability.
In 2005, he joined African Alliance Insurance Plc as an Agency Manager, marking the beginning of a distinguished eighteen-year career with the company. He was promoted to Senior Agency Manager in 2007, consistently exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams. In 2013, he transitioned to the head office as Senior Manager, Marketing (Agency Operations), later advancing to Deputy Controller in 2017, and ultimately becoming Head of Agency Operations in 2018. In this role, he oversaw the nationwide agency structure, strengthened sales processes, and drove business growth through robust market development and operational excellence.
In December 2023, Victor joined Custodian Life Assurance Limited as Assistant General Manager and Head of Retail Sales, where he is responsible for driving retail growth, leading product development initiatives, and overseeing sales distribution across multiple channels. He directs market expansion strategies, manages performance targets, and ensures profitability through customer-focused solutions and disciplined execution.
Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from Abia State University and both a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). He is an Associate Member of the CIIN and an alumnus of Lagos Business School and IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Spain. Over the course of his career, he has attended several leadership and professional development programs locally and internationally, and is widely regarded as an accomplished sales trainer and business leader.

Timothy Iyamu is the Chief Information Officer at Custodian Group. He has over a decade of experience in IT systems infrastructure and a proven track record of transforming and optimizing system capabilities and oversees the delivery of secure, resilient, and innovative IT services. He has built a career of over a decade in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise systems, with a consistent record of driving transformation and enabling business growth through technology.
Before joining Custodian, Timothy worked at IHS Towers, advancing to the role of Manager, IT Systems Infrastructure. In this capacity, he led the design and deployment of enterprise-wide solutions, delivered Microsoft 365 and Azure services across the EMEA region, and managed IT global services across multiple countries. His ability to align technology with business priorities and engage senior stakeholders has distinguished his leadership.
Timothy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Education and an MBA from the University of Lagos and Rome Business School. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration. He also holds several professional certifications, including CCNA, ITIL, and Microsoft 365, and is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).
With his blend of technical expertise, business insight, and leadership experience, Timothy continues to shape Custodian’s digital journey and strengthen its position as a forward-looking organization.
