Complaints Procedure

If you have any complaints, you can reach us through the following means:

  • Visit any of our offices nationwide to lodge your complaint.
  • Submit a written complaint at our head office or any of our branches.
  • Make an oral complaint via our telephone lines.
  • Use our social media platforms or written communication.
Processing Complaints:
  • Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
  • Complaints will be handled fairly and promptly.
  • Investigation and consultation will be conducted diligently.
  • Progress updates will be provided.
  • If unresolved, complaints may be escalated to the regulator: The Complaints Bureau,  National Insurance Commission, Plot 1239, Ladoke Akintola Boulevard, Garki II, PMB 457 Garki, Abuja, Nigeria.
